Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg is a founding member of The Plastic Surgery Center of Maryland. He began his plastic surgery practice in Baltimore after completing 13 years of extensive postgraduate training.

Born and raised in New York, Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, where he graduated with honors. He after that returned to New York City, earning a medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Virginia and functioned as chief resident in surgery and as an instructor of surgery. Dr. Rosenberg's plastic surgery training was completed at the prestigious Northwestern Health Sciences University in Chicago, where he also functioned as chief resident in plastic surgery.
Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg holds dual certifications by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery (the just plastic surgery board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties). He is active in national along with local medical and plastic surgical societies, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Lipoplasty Society of North America, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Additionally, Dr. Rosenberg serves on the staff of numerous local hospitals, consisting of Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, St. Agnes Hospital, North Arundel Hospital, GBMC, and Howard County Hospital.
